Here is a little bit about myself. I am a mother, a Licensed Creative Arts Therapist, and an artist. I am passionate about my work and I love what I do. We start this journey together, and I will be with you ever step of the way. I provide Art therapy, Psychotherapy and EMDR therapy to children, adolescents, and adults in my private practice at Wholehearted Creative Arts Therapy in Mamaroneck, Westchester. My approach is to see you as a whole human being: Mind, Body and Spirit. Every client is unique therefore the therapy is tailored and individualized based on your needs. I practice from a Psychodynamic approach, incorporating trauma work, holistic approach and mindfulness. I am also an EMDR practitioner trained at the EMDR Institute.  Helping others is my calling so let us start the journey of self discovery and finding your true authentic self. Getting to witness people change and heal themselves is very inspiring, and I feel honored that I have the opportunity to participate in the healing process.  I’m thankful everyday to be in a position to help others work through and overcome their life challenges.
