Policies & Fees


Therapy is an investment in yourself. Individual sessions are 60 minutes, fees are ($150- $200) depending what services needed. Payment is due at the end of each session and can be paid via cash, check, credit card.


Insurance policy


In Network Behavior Health

I am affiliated with Cigna as  an in network behavioral mental health provider. The therapy fee is covered by your insurance depending on your insurance plan. 

Out of Network

For other insurances, my services are considered out-of-network benefits therefore. You will be required to pay for your therapy after each session and then get reimbursed by your insurance company.  I will provide you with a monthly invoice/superbill, which you can submit to your insurance company with the form. In general they reimburse between 40-70% of our fee if you have out-of-network behavioral health benefits. Keep in mind that most plans require you to pay a deductible first and to contribute a co-payment, depending on what insurance you have.


What question to ask your insurance provider before your first session:


  • Does my plan have out-of-network benefits?

  • Do I have a deductible? How much is it? Have I met any portion of my deductible with other medical expenses this year?

  • Is there a limit on the number of "outpatient" mental health or psychotherapy sessions I am entitled to per year?

  • Does my plan require pre-authorization or a referral from an MD or Primary Care Physician?

  • What amount or % of the psychotherapy fee will be reimbursed?




The relationship between therapist and client is confidential. The only exceptions are when there is suspected abuse or neglect, or when an individual threatens serious harm self or others. In these cases, the law states that confidentiality may be broken in order to ensure the safety of all involved.


Cancellation Policy


After our initial meeting, we will schedule a weekly time that is reserved just for you. Every effort will be made to reschedule appointments when enough notice is given. If you need to cancel your appointment you must call 24 hours in advance to avoid the charge. 


Bounced checks


Returned checks are subject to an additional $25.00 fee.
